At the Cheaper Gas Groceries Party, we understand the financial pressures faced by American families today.
At Cheaper Gas Groceries, we believe that the foundation of a thriving community is the financial well-being of its residents. Our primary goals are to reduce the cost of essential goods, ensure fair energy prices, and foster economic policies that benefit everyone, not just the privileged few. We are committed to:
1. Lowering Gas Prices: By advocating for policies that promote energy independence and efficiency, we aim to reduce the burden of high gas prices on families and businesses.
2. Affordable Groceries: We support measures that increase competition, reduce tariffs, and eliminate unnecessary regulations that drive up food prices.
3. Economic Fairness: Our party pushes for tax reforms that provide relief to the middle and lower classes, ensuring that everyone has a fair chance to succeed.
4. Government Accountability: We demand transparency and accountability in government spending to ensure taxpayer money is used efficiently and effectively.
We envision a nation where every family can afford the basics: filling up their gas tank, putting nutritious food on the table, and living without the constant stress of financial insecurity. Our vision extends to creating an economy that works for everyone, fostering innovation, and ensuring that all citizens have the opportunity to thrive.
The Cheaper Gas Groceries Party was founded in May 2024 by Robert Finley Hyde, a passionate advocate for economic fairness and sustainability. Recognizing the increasing financial strain on American families due to rising gas and grocery prices, Rob Hyde was inspired to create a political platform that directly addresses these critical issues. With a background in political science, finance, geographic information science, management information systems, military, and strategic communication, and a deep commitment to public service, Hyde set out to form a party that champions the needs of everyday citizens.
The party was officially launched in Weatogue, Connecticut, and quickly gained traction as more people resonated with its straightforward, practical approach to economic challenges. The Cheaper Gas Groceries Party stands as a testament to the power of grassroots movements and the impact of dedicated, informed leadership.
Our policy agenda includes:
- Energy Policy: Promoting sustainable and affordable energy solutions.
- Food Security: Supporting local farmers and reducing food deserts.
- Tax Reform: Simplifying the tax code and providing relief for working families.
- Consumer Protection: Ensuring fair prices and practices in the marketplace.
- Healthcare Access: Making healthcare more affordable and accessible for all.
We invite you to join the Cheaper Gas Groceries Party in our mission to create a fairer, more affordable America. Together, we can build a future where everyone can prosper, and where the government truly serves the needs of its people.
Whether you're interested in volunteering, donating, or simply staying informed, there are many ways to get involved with our movement. Visit our website, follow us on social media, and join our mailing list to stay updated on our initiatives and events.
